ALL PLAYERS & COACHES MUST REGISTER BEFORE STEPPING ON THE ICE!
Follow these easy steps:
- Go to www.usahockey.com and click on ‘register online’
- Select the 2009-2010 Season
- Enter your HOME address (US and Canada)
- Each participant will pay the $30.00 USA Hockey fee and their home state Affiliate fee if there is one.
- All major credit and debit cards are accepted
- PRINT YOUR CONFIRMATION PAGE.
- BRING, SEND, OR EMAIL YOUR CONFIRMATION PAGE/NUMBER TO EACH TEAM/PROGRAM (Junior, Youth, or Adult) THAT YOU PARTICIPATE WITH.
- Email your info to Thunderbirds to info@dubuquethunderbirds.com – please type “Player Registration Number” in the message box.
YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ON THE ICE …
UNTIL YOUR REGISTRATION NUMBER HAS BEEN PROVIDED TO CAMP STAFF.
